Convenience Fee
In order to protect funds that are directed to classroom instruction, a convenience fee will be added to your purchase automatically. This fee helps cover banking fees and other costs incurred by the District in providing the convenience of this website with electronic automated payment options. Purchases and payments by cash or check can be made directly at schools or the District office without incurrence of convenience fees.

Refund Requests
Please contact your student`s school directly to request a refund. Any refunds identified in any case as described below will be applied to any other outstanding balances owed by your student or any other student in your family. All refunds are sent to the District Accounting Office for processing. Convenience fees will not be refunded.

Merchandise: No refunds will be granted for school merchandise.

Fines: Refunds will be processed if a lost library or textbook is returned undamaged within 6 months of fine payment receipt date.

Class/Activity Fees: If an activity is canceled, refunds will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
